Embrace the start of Summer with us at our annual concert at St Nicholas Chapel.

​

We start with Brahms' Variations on a Theme by Haydn, a well loved piece, many will know as The St Anthony Variations.

Steve Bingham will appear as soloist in our next piece, as he performs with the orchestra one of his personal favourites from his violin solo repertoire, Scène du ballet by Charles Auguste Beriot.

​Steve will then pick up the baton again to conduct the NSO for the final time (for now), as our afternoon concludes with one of Beethoven's most beloved works, his Symphony No. 6 in F Major “Pastoral.” Bringing the sounds of nature to life and with it the joy, peace, beauty and wonder of the countryside.
